Lake Constance is 1.5 km away—about a 20-minute walk through the nature reserve along a scenic trail by the Aach river. Here you’ll find the free natural swimming beach with sunbathing lawn, the pile-dwelling village, the boat dock to Mainau Island, and the reptile house. Shops and bus and train stops are about 5 to 10 minutes away. The 30 sqm apartment is modern, thoughtfully renovated, and comfortably furnished, with a covered south/west terrace and garden view. The kitchenette features a ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer compartment. The small bathroom with window has a shower with glass enclosure and a toilet. Two custom-made solid birch plywood beds can be arranged as a double or as singles in an L-shape. A connector creates a continuous mattress for the double bed. Parking for bicycles under the house canopy or for a motorcycle is available directly at the house. Cars can be parked before entering the cul-de-sac, across the street. Short loading and unloading in front of the garage is possible. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. The apartment is ideal for 1–2 people seeking a relaxing holiday.
